2012 Tryouts Announced

We just scheduled our tryout date, which will be Saturday March 10th at 11AM, at KK Athletics Indoor Sports; 755 Horseblock Rd. Farmingville, NY 11738 (631) 736-2511.

Be promt as tryouts will start at exactly 12PM. Wear sneakers or turf shoes, ABSOLUTELY NO CLEATS.
There will be a $25 tryout fee which will be collected before the tryouts start. Any other fees, equipment, etc. will be discussed as well. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

You MUST sign-up if you wish to try out for the Panthers. Anyone who does not sign-up in advance will still be able to try out, however the fee for signing-up the day of the tryouts will be $45.

Let’s face it, cats get tired of things if they stay the same for too long. Because of this, we have decided to reface the website. So welcome to the new design. You will find that some of the features of the old site are missing, and we apologize for that. We are still in the works and hope to have everything back up and running by the end of October. 2k11 Gridiron Elite Week 2 Results

After an 11-8 loss to the Demon Knights, the Panthers fall to the wildcard spot in the semi-finals. Next weekend we will face the top seed NJ Wolves so come on down and show your support!

2k11 Gridiron Elite Winter Classic Week 1 Results

After a first weekend 28-6 win over the Brooklyn Bengals, the LI Panthers are currently tied for 2nd place with the NYC Monstars in the tourney. Come out next week as we face our long time rivals The Empire State Demon Knights!

Panthers to support the 8th Annual LI2Day

The summer is upon us. This means baseball, NFL Preseason, the FSFL season, and the Long Island 2 Day Walk to Fight Breast Cancer (LI2Day). The Long Island Panthers will be running a refreshment and cheering station on the last leg of the walk, to help replenish their bodies and help keep them excited about why they are doing this. The reason all the walkers are doing this is to raise money to hopefully find the cure for breast cancer, and to help raise awareness of this terrible disease which affects 1 in 9 women on Long Island. The LI2DAY, The LI2DAY will be taking place the weekend of June 11th-12th. For more information on the LI2DAY or to contact them visit their website at http://www.li2day.org.

You also MUST attend our orientation meeting on Feb 13th at 12PM, at the East Norwich Inn; 6321 Northern Blvd, East Norwich, NY 11732.
