On Saturday, November 14^th, the Long Island Panthers will be hosting a double header for Round Two of the GridIron Elite Winter Tournament.  The day will kick off at 9 A.M. when the Long Island Panthers, in conjunction with the P.A.L. and the Gordon Heights Knights Sports Coach & Parents Association, will be doing a food drive to help the needy of Long Island during the holiday season.  It is asked that all spectators and participants help out by bringing any non-perishable food items possible.  Steven Pescetti of State Farm Insurance in Mastic will be on hand to photograph and fingerprint children as part of the State Farm Child Identification program.  A live DJ will be adding to the festivities from 11 AM until 7 PM.  Concessions will be available, with the proceeds going to the Gordon Heights Knights Youth Football Team.

The first game of the day will kick off at 1 PM as the Long Island Panthers take the home field against the visiting CT Gamblers.  The next game will be kicking off at 4:30 PM as the Empire State Demon Knights take on the Westchester Steelers. These are sure to be match-ups to keep you on the edge of your seat.
